An observation regarding a fire alarm yesterday 16th March.
The staff I observed F5-F6-F7 were exemplary - in their knowledge, professionalism and immediate response to the alarm.
Had all windows close checked doors/toilets/etc for people make you feel safe knowing I'm being cared for by professionals.

The staff on ward 5F. Staff were so helpful also they were very friendly.
The ward was clean and bright.

Kind, caring, efficient staff (cleaners included).
Excellent cleanliness, beds changed daily.
Good food/choice.
Daily treatments are sometimes slow to happen due to overload.
Sometimes a lack of communication, starting with Drs.

I find it difficult to udnerstand how attendance times are more efficient for doctors and patients. You might save a few DNAs but to arrive at the allotted time to see a sign 'minimum of 4 hours' for my appointment seems ridiculous, particularly when I have taken time off work. The service however was good.
