What was good about my care was that all the staff were friendly and continued to carry out their duties, no matter how onerous, in a proffesional manner, regardless of time, numbers of patients or numbers of staff available. I would rate my care as first class and the only thing I can think of to improve this is to provide a better staff to patient ratio, so everyone gets the same sort of care
