The clinical and nursing care was of a high standard, caring and empathetic. Mr Khan's involvement was exemplary.
The 'hotel' provision for a private facility could have been better. My partner waited over 2 hours for delivery of a sandwich. My vegetables I suspect were microwaved from frozen - the carrots were 'rubbery' and the broccoli watery. There appeared to be no coffee or tea 'on tap'. I ordered a Times newspaper which never arrived.
