All the staff I saw for pre-op service were absolutely professional and extremely helpful. The pre-op nurse I saw Debbie took time to visit the operating theatre and speak to Dr. Burton to clarify the necessary operation I would be having as some confusion on my notes and maybe records had not been updated on my last visit with Dr. Burton in May 2018. Hopefully all will be sorted on the day of the operation. Very very helpful and thank you all so much NHS keep up the good work.
