I felt like I was in safe hands with each nurse/doctor I saw, everybody was really friendly and helpful. While I was in hospital everything felt well organised. My complaint would be regarding the paperwork and organisation before being admitted. I didn't receive any of the paperwork until the week prior to surgery, so I was left in the dark until quite late on.
