From first contact I felt cared for and supported and I appreciated each interaction thereafter. The living with fatigue course I attended was very worthwhile. I picked up some really good hints and tips and Julie provided additional material for me on relaxation and sleep which I can use to maintain the goals I achieved in the course. This was altogether one of the most positive experiences I have had so far on my cancer journey.
Suggested improvements
It would have been nice to do the course in a face to face workshop but fully understand that current circumstances mean this is not possible. Doing it over the phone was still very good. Julie is an excellent facilitator. Kind, gentle and professional.

The videos are very geared to older people and are produced in a
1) Hospice/hospital setting & I am younger & not in a similar setting. I'm so appreciative of resources provided.
I wonder if you might produce new materials.
2) Could you do follow ups by Zoom or video calls? Thank you
