Charlotte the physiotherapist was empathetic, knowledgeable, helpful, went at the right pace for me, and was able to answer my questions

The videos are very geared to older people and are produced in a 1) Hospice/hospital setting & I am younger & not in a similar setting. I'm so appreciative of resources provided. I wonder if you might produce new materials. 2) Could you do follow ups by Zoom or video calls? Thank you
