Myself and my family have had a horrible year of loss, which included my mum & my grandfather who in fact was more of a father to me, Christine (my counsellor) was so lovely & understand throughout my session, this lady helped me more than she could understand. You have helped me more than you could ever know & I thank you from the bottom of my heart x

There was nothing that could have been done better, Christine helped me so much, although it wasn't face to face, I just felt as if she was in the room with me.

Caring for a loved one @ end of life is upsetting + distressing enough. @ the time the Hospice Home carers came in what at a stage when I needed help + they were wonderful, they treated my Auntie with respect + dignity at all times which was a relieve to me

STAFF KEPT US INFORMED AT ALL TIMES THEY ALWAYS RESPECTED MY HUSBANDS DIGNITY I CAN NOT FAULT THE CARE RECEIVED. IT IS TRULY SECOND TO NONE. 100% THANK YOU SO MUCH!

The care my mum received was incredible. I couldn't have wished for better.

Mum used to say the food portion was too big (minor issue)
