Myself and my family have had a horrible year of loss, which included my mum & my grandfather who in fact was more of a father to me, Christine (my counsellor) was so lovely & understand throughout my session, this lady helped me more than she could understand. You have helped me more than you could ever know & I thank you from the bottom of my heart x

There was nothing that could have been done better, Christine helped me so much, although it wasn't face to face, I just felt as if she was in the room with me.
