Quite happy with the way everything is going.
Everybody was very sympathetic and caring and Mandy completely understood my problems.
The staff are second to none. Nothing is too much for them. They are always cheerful and a credit to the hospice.
Staff nurse Sabu respected privacy by closing the door and adjusting the blind so that staff could keep a check on mum and I without being intrusive, this positive I am words of wisdom eased my sadness.
Hugs were offered plentifully but Sheena are the best heartfelt.
Nurse Sheila turned the catheter bag to face the bed so that the urine draining wasn't visible to visitors. I felt that was respecting mum's dignity.
All staff responded to needs promptly HCA who showered mum and squeezed her way through the shift. Encouraging mum injecting.
Staff introduced themselves and their role. Privacy was respected. Professionalism of staff outstanding. Friendly and warm towards patients and visitors.
