The staff are extremely kind and go the extra mile to ensure that the patient is comfortable. Requests gave additional pain killers. Toileting are actioned immediately, nothing is too much trouble. Food choice could be improved.

Gentle care in handling careful and constant monitoring. Never felt our requests were a problem. Nothing too much trouble. Appreciated the care and explanation to family member.
