The doctor who called out from the hospice to see my mother during the height of the Coronavirus was absolutely fantastic. Kind, friendly, empathetic and able to answer all of our questions clearly and in a way we could understand and absorb. Doctor Kathy spent well over an hour supporting our needs as a family, and shining a beacon of light in one of our darkest hours, setting up care, rolled out same day at such a difficult time. The nurses practical, kind, caring and professional, have been such a wonderful help as we live 3 hours away in Wiltshire and needed , at times, to get home to check in and work, while also supporting mum in her last weeks. Lovely, kind and helpful callers, all a delight to see and lift our spirits knowing she was in such good hands. Thanks to you all. Initially getting started could have been set up better by the Hospital, on dispatch from QEQM, terminally ill. Not a hospice issue but could have been more holistically introduced.

Made to feel at ease and comfortable. Very friendly, caring staff treated me with kindness and dignity. I can't think of anything that could be improved in this service- the staff are fabulous people and have my heartfelt thanks.

All the carers have been very kind and understanding, treating Ian with dignity and patience. They are all very friendly and talk to us both. They make us feel very safe and secure. They are all truely amazing people.

A truly invaluable service. All such kind, considerate and caring people, not only to our lovely mum but to us family members too. They were so helpful and supportive. Honestly don't know what we would have done without them. 1st class service.

I would struggle to find a way to improve the care my dear wife received form the wonderful H at H Team. I am humbled by the quality of care the team provides. I've nothing but the highest praise for the 8 special people. From day 1,I could see that these good people don't just deal with the cleaning and washing, they demonstrated genuine 'care' for my wife and for us the family. They go about their work treating my wife with dignity and did so in a genuine caring way, while also being professional about it. The teams individuals are all courteous, good natured, cheerful yet sensitive to the sadness of our situation of our dying wife/mother. We are so so grateful for the help and support. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Whoever picked this team knew what they were doing!

I was very worried about being pulled about having a bed bath. But they were good and gentle and there had been no need for me to worry. They gave me a shave and its made the mask more comfortable. Thanks to the two Sharons.
