Nothing much could be improved
The care and support I have received so far has been excellent.
The team are very attentive and always there to listen and help. If anything is needed, for example Medication from the GP, they get this sorted.
All that the hospice have done has been very comforting. They have also managed to secure me a blue parking badge which has been really helpful.
The team are wonderful, it has been marvellous. The only negatives are that it has been hard with the coronavirus.
It is very good to have regular calls.
It is good that we have regular followups to make sure we are ok.
Very good. They ring me to check in and if I have any problems I know I can call in & talk to someone
In normal circumstances we would have seen the staff face to face and it has been difficult to not be able to. We were asked questions on the phone that were hard to discuss eg. preferred place of death and regarding resuscitation. It was difficult as we had found out the prognosis only 2 weeks earlier. Seeing nobody face to face is hard for us.
They're lovely. They answer my questions even when I think I'm talking rubbish.
