It was lovely to speak to Michelle after 11 weeks in lockdown ( not leaving our home) and talk about my pain, because not having normal check ups face to face is not good, but she seemed to understand the problems I have at the moment, THANK YOU, We both found her so helpful, caring etc.

The staff at every level are friendly, professional and caring. Being a return patient it was nice to be greeted as an old friend. The food was of a very high standard and my only criticism is that more effort needs to be made to deliver the food not to the patient.
I really miss the presence of a religious representative and the Sunday service.

Friendly staff, very calming atmosphere and always feel safe here. Comfortable rooms, very good with lockdown in place. But just wish visiting could be more open. Would benefit from more trashed. Staff as only 2/3 on late or night.
Sometimes not enough.

Nurses always call back, we even have support at weekends. Whenever we needed advice, there were no problems, people would listen. They take the time to talk to me. We have had follow ups from the oncologist based on hospice recommendations. I find it hard to explain problems on the phone sometimes because the hospice are unable to come out & see us at the moment due to Covid.
