Nurses always call back, we even have support at weekends. Whenever we needed advice, there were no problems, people would listen. They take the time to talk to me. We have had follow ups from the oncologist based on hospice recommendations. I find it hard to explain problems on the phone sometimes because the hospice are unable to come out & see us at the moment due to Covid.
