i think the longer i stayed the better the relationship was with the staff. There were certainly some moments when they offered great care and empathy that went beyond a basic " how are you" approach . it was clear they were demonstrating a real concern for my issues.

you issues a form at the start of my stay asking about me this was not collected- i had to hand it in after 3/4 days of it sitting on my bedside cabinet . In the early days of my stay i felt that some responses from probably just one nurse/carer were very close to lip service

This was the first time I felt that someone actually listened to what my mum was saying and gave some proper advice.

the service was provided by my wife who has since died. so my answers are provided as it she would have written them

Yes administration co-ordination , someone should have told them that the patient had died and not come along days later

The staff are very kind and understanding

Staff already busy but at times it was over 10 minutes before anybody responded to the bell ringing

very disappointed being told she was having an upgrade to a better room and then being put into a ward with other patients and no TV
