i think the longer i stayed the better the relationship was with the staff. There were certainly some moments when they offered great care and empathy that went beyond a basic " how are you" approach . it was clear they were demonstrating a real concern for my issues.

you issues a form at the start of my stay asking about me this was not collected- i had to hand it in after 3/4 days of it sitting on my bedside cabinet . In the early days of my stay i felt that some responses from probably just one nurse/carer were very close to lip service
