A&E was badly organised. Communication poor unless you has someone to keep asking what was happening. On the ward things weren’t explained clearly or at all. Some of the staff not looking like they are enjoying their job, others very friendly and professional. Night staff didn’t communicate at all. Room was clean. A&E wasn’t to same standard of cleanliness.

Quite a challenging birth and subsequent trip to theatre was made so much easier by the knowledge, care & compassion that we were shown by Midwife Lee Pengilley. She kept us calm, informed us of all of our options and offered an enormous amount of support and encouragement. She really is a credit to this service and the NHS. Due to the nature of the birth we also had 2/3 other midwifes who were equally as compassionate as well as the paediatricians, surgical team and neonatal nurses. Thank you so much for everything.

Well looked after

I waited 2 hrs before I was seen on I was taken of had to have a blood test. Their was not done until all my other tests were done. Then the blood tests were not labelled so I had to wait another 1 and half hour to got the results.
