A&E was badly organised. Communication poor unless you has someone to keep asking what was happening.
On the ward things weren’t explained clearly or at all. Some of the staff not looking like they are enjoying their job, others very friendly and professional.
Night staff didn’t communicate at all.
Room was clean. A&E wasn’t to same standard of cleanliness.
