Nicky felt completely safe and in good hands for the five days we were here. The kindness and professionalism of the staff was second to none. We felt there was an overriding duty of care exercised by everyone we came into contact with. We are both amazed and our faith in the NHS has been eternally boosted. Thank you.

Excellent care and compassion shown to both us as new parents and to our newborn. Really appreciated the advice, reassurance and humanistic elements shown to us by all members of staff. Including the Paed joining us in a Robin Hood singalong at 4am!
