Excellent care and compassion shown to both us as new parents and to our newborn. Really appreciated the advice, reassurance and humanistic elements shown to us by all members of staff. Including the Paed joining us in a Robin Hood singalong at 4am! Thank you all for helping us during an incredibly stressful and worrying time.
