The high level of care and commitment from the majority of staff from housekeepers, kitchen staff, care workers, physios, nurses and doctors. Nearly all staff are really good at listening to what I said which was very helpful. :-) I found the level of noise through loud talking by staff very annoying particularly at night and early morning.

No complaints. Couldn't be in better hands. First time ive ever been in hospital treated very well can't fault it.

Nothing was to much trouble for any of the staff either small or large the care is first class. the staff always have a smile.

I cannot say enough about the wonderful care I have received from all the staff whether it be nurses, cares and the pharmacists that take care in all the medical you need to get you on the way to recovery, the therapists and kitchen staff and all the others I can't think of the food I will never forget how much kindness was stolen to me and everyone helped me along the way.

Good - all staff and doctors were excellent Helpful friendly efficient and professional. Improve shower facilities More garden benches required More wardrobe space and storage.
