Everything regarding my care on Chatsworth was excellent. Everone was so helpful from the cleaners, catering staff, nurses, helpers, nurses, physios and the doctors who got my medication on right for all my symptoms. I am so happy about the improvement they have made to my quality of life. I can find no better word than superb. Only improvements are the position of things out of reach like soap holders too high.

Good level of care, high level of motivational regarding physiotherapy towards patients. NB More footstools required on Oakham Ward.

The staff were always helpful in every way the care was top class everyone was cheerful even when they were under pressure. The only concern was agency staff.

All of my care was excellent. The staff couldn't do enough for me and were always cheerful. I am much better as a result of the good nursing care and physio I have received.

Everybody was very helpful when I asked for anything. All the staff were very friendly and polite and very helpful. Which made the ward to have a good atmosphere when looking after patients.
