Every person we came into contact with was first class and helped us to have a fantastic birthing experience.
The buzzer for the door wasn't working, only possible thing that could have been better.

From the receptionist right thro' to my cup of coffee and a sandwich I have had the most excellent treatment by such friendly happy staff!!

The nursing care was, as usual, excellent, but my treatment was delayed for over an hour because of delay in the pharmacy. I arrived at 8.00 am for a 8.30 appointment and was not seen in oncology until after 10.00 am.
First time this has happened but very frustrating and unsatisfactory. Not the nurses fault.

This from should include White Irish as an ethnic group and should collect gender equality info too.
