The nursing care was, as usual, excellent, but my treatment was delayed for over an hour because of delay in the pharmacy. I arrived at 8.00 am for a 8.30 appointment and was not seen in oncology until after 10.00 am. First time this has happened but very frustrating and unsatisfactory. Not the nurses fault.
