The nurses are fantastic!!
They are cheerful, helpful, accommodating patient. They do whatever they can do answer any questions. They create a helpful atmosphere. Nice touch do set drinks/snacks/sandwiches.
Improvements:
A larger room/move cheery room/move room for nurses and visitors do man oeuvre around.

Very clean environment. Attentive staff well treated with knowledge. Fully aware of the treatment/care that I required.
Doctor was very clear in explaining everything.
Would have been nice to have a cup of tea whilst I was waiting from 7:15 until the surgery. But I understand that it is not a social occasion and staff/facilities/time to cost would be an issue.

Reception was brilliant - made to feel welcome. Well trained staff. Anesthetists good team all OK. Theater I know nothing - back on recovery ward nurses were brilliant. Friendly and helpful have received 5 star treatment throughout. Food OK too.
No improvements necessary PS try getting toilet roll out of circular holders - i gave up.
