Very clean environment. Attentive staff well treated with knowledge. Fully aware of the treatment/care that I required. Doctor was very clear in explaining everything. Would have been nice to have a cup of tea whilst I was waiting from 7:15 until the surgery. But I understand that it is not a social occasion and staff/facilities/time to cost would be an issue.
