Dear Jo and Staff.
No words can describe the excellent outstanding care my mother has received. Nurses, doctors, OT and all staff could not have been more caring towards mum.
Expertise, quality, skill, very professional.
A huge thank you to everyone.
Have felt very welcome, all the staff have been kind and very helpful, nothing has been too much trouble.
I felt I was having outstanding good care and any questions of mine were answered and anxiety dealt with in spite of obvious staff shortage.
Excellent. No improvement needed at all.
So helpful.
Everyone has been extremely kind and helpful.
Good: Friendly and helpful nursing staff (majority).
Bad/improvements
1) Noisy dementia sufferers mixed in with ordinary patients. V. difficult to sleep at night.
2) Dichcian working with someone with an eating disorder needs to be more sensitive and considerate of the impact and hearing from the patients of some of me "edicts"
Needs to be more flexible/wiling to work with patients (dichcian).
Very polite staff.
Very professional.
Very pleased.
Thanks.

Communication with Dr. Teller and ward clerk, so fine - thank you!
Care was very good.
Staff very kind and understand.
