Very good.
The ward was very well run. The staff were outstanding. I first felt a bit too young to be there - even though firm in my 60s most of the patients here in their 80s.
Lovely caring staff.
Very happy with stay.
My care was second to none and I feel no improvement.
Needed in my care which was extremely well.
Staff attentive when needed. They were friendly and caring. Also the catering staff were very helpful.
More staff equipment (help with physio).
The nursing care was excellent. I really admire the way the young nurses coped with all our personal needs, preserving our dignity as much as possible.
Improvement - the chain of command could be much better - sometimes die to lack of staff - but a lot of things seem very long.
Good service.
The care was good and enjoyed the food it was great. I like the view outside my bay- all staff are good.
