Nothing good to say.
Waiting time far to long.
Considering "Patient A's" condition was supposed to be life threatening, once on this unit and "booked in" there was no communication nor reassurance during the four and a half hour wait before being attended too.
Nursing staff need to brush up on their patient care skills and treat patient with a lot more dignity.
Cynthia staff nurse was wonderful with my treatment and she is a wonderful member of staff. To be treated by her was a pleasure. Jazz, the reception manager was prompt and very attentive. I was treated with absolute respect. Promptness and very kind consideration. My symptoms being similar to a heart attack I would say I was given priority and it was excellent to watch the team whilst they worked. Great food thank you for lunch.

All staff were attentive, caring and knowledgeable.
I felt well cared for and would - and have - recommended the hospital to others.
Really fast triage, X-ray, results and treatment in less than 1 hr.
Very happy- thank you.
Very good staff, very good.
35 mins from start to finish.
Triage doctor, X-ray doctor.
11/10.
The people caring for us were fantastic particularly Tracy and the theater team.
Perhaps a little more communication with us during the letter stages of labor. As the dad in theater, I felt I was updating same staff with progress that point. But thank you very much, it was a great team effort.
Again the people caring for us from those making us tea and coffee to the nurses providing care with particular reference to house who has hugely helped me with breast feeding.
