Excellent friendly care day and night. Food not too good
Very quick and efficient top marks
Ward very well run - all staff know their responsibilities and carry them out to the best of their abilities from snr staff to ward hydration expert (tea lady!). All staff give excellent care with good explanation. I have no complaints whatsoever and can only praise staff on womens unit (both night and day)
It was very good I got seen in know time
Quickly seen, kept informed at all times and well looked after. Only thing that could be improved is information about discharge and results though I appreciate no news is good news!
The care was good but you could see the nurses were over streched with the patients but all in all very good care, thank you
Short waiting time Staff helpfull and polite
Kindness and helpfulness of most of the staff. My bed was not electric and was uncomfortable
The staff are very friendly and the cleaners are nice, The food on the other hand is horrible - no taste lumpy mash
Very variable attitude and level of care between staff members - particularly hospital vs agency staff
