Before I started seeing Karen I was at my lowest ebb. I felt I couldn't go on. Karen has helped me cope and continue to deal with the pressures of dealing with my husbands terminal diagnosis. Without Karen I don't feel I would have survived. I cannot praise Karen enough.

Good - Volunteers treated us with respect. The lunches were treated with T.L.C. I enjoyed the art room, I enjoyed having a go. I was pleased to be introduced to alternative therapies. Improved - It was a bit of chance, finding interesting conversation at lunch.

I was understood, and how I was feeling at the time of coming to Longfields, many things was made plain to me and I came away after three months, feeling a lot better and wiser, I will never be able to thank you enough for your help and kindness to me. Thank you so much.

Calm, caring, helped talk things through without being pushy etc, very patient and understanding as well as gently prysting to continue to talk when doing clam. I don't feel anything needs to be improved, really helped.

As you can see from my answers to questions 3-8, everything about my care was positive. The only improvement I can suggest is that more cared possibly be more is that more could possibly be more in the way of 'tips' on coping with the day-to-day problems of living with treatment.

I enjoyed my time with the class group. And have recommended it to all my friends. I did not received this letter/form until 1 October 2019.

Longfield is a wonderful place where everyone is friendly and caring. We have seen involved for 6 months and I now feel as if I have within a bubble of care which I am sad is ending. My therapist, Sharon, has been brilliant, kind and caring. Supportive and intuitive. She helped me choose which therapy to have and I have tried them all. They have helped me to relax, to switch off and to concentrate on myself for a change. I have always looked forward to my visits and have opened up to her and felt real benefit from all the treatments she gave me. She has magic fingers and a soft and sensitive touch and she has known instinctively what to do so I get the, most from my treatment. Thank you, Sharon! You have been a real friend and counsellor. Definitely no improvement needed!
