It gave me lots of tools to move forward, the conselling was excellent, I was made to feel very at ease, would highly recommend longfield.

I found Becky to be very kind and helpful when I needed it my counselling for bereavement was har because it involved and close family members 3 of which died within 3 years of each other. Becky allowed me to cry without interuption along with being very supportive.

The service I received from the start was amazing. Everyone I spoke to was very kind./nAt this difficult time with covid, to still be able to offer this counselling service (although slightly different to normal) is fantastic!

I found not through the counselling that the feelings I am experiencing in perfectly normal and all part of the genuine process.

Obviously face to face would be better, but given the covid-19 situation, phone calls are still very beneficial keep up the great work and thank you so much.

Kate has quite literally given me back my future which, when we first began our telephone sessions, I just couldn't face. I was totally unable to accept the loss of my beloved husband so soon after his cancer diagnosis and felt that my heart really was broken. Kate helped me to realise that the unreality, regret, guilt and every other emotion I was experiencing were all perfectly normal and throughout our twelve 'meetings' her caring support and understanding has brought me to a much better place. I can now accept the loss and look forward most of the time rather than back, and I can relive and enjoy memories that until now have been too painful to let myself think about. Bless you Kate, you are a true Angel. I really miss our weekly get-togethers but am sure that many other grieving people will benefit from your care and support. Thank you so much..

Nothing could have been better other than the opportunity to hold these sessions together face to face but I totally appreciate that this was just not possible at this terrible time.

Lena always gave me time with great consideration to my feelings of that, day, never making me answer questions that I could not cope with at the worst time of my life but she made life a little better to ease with.
