The carers really, genuinely cared. That sums it up really. Matt and July were the carers on the first day they were compassionate and empathetic to my feelings, and they were respectful and gentle in all they did with my husband. They reassured me that I was doing a good job with the patient and our children I had two night sits Thida was superb, then Marian- what a privilege to have her in our home and care so beautifully for the patient throughout his last night. I met some amazing people in the saddest of circumstances. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Sharon is a lovely empathetic person. She gave care to me beyond reflexology. It is so great to have someone she has experience of cancer and know how you feel. She made a difference all the longfield staff have been amazing- such a wonderful place.

Thank you so much for everything you did for my husband patient's name. It certainly helped me enabling him to die at home as he wished. My special thanks to your two nurses who were with us when he died. Also the lovely flowers. Please accept my donation.

Professional and ' caring'. Timing- 1/2 hour travelling made lunch 'time' awkward- understand the logistics.

I am the husband of the patient who died on 9th June. Her care by Longfield was exceptional and it was such a relief when the team arrived to care for the patient. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

All the carers were wonderful- cheerful, encouraging and took time to look after my husband. Nothing was too much trouble for them no improvement necessary.
