Through my whole experience with long field staff they were very caring and passionate.
All staff I came into contact with from entering the building were polite, respectful and helped in anyway they could. I felt the service was professional yet empathetic and never felt under pressure to complete my sessions within a restricted timeframe ie: they provided flexibility.
Very understanding of my situation having recently lost my husband but still dealing with traumatic loss of my son several years ago.
Very helpful staff.
Relaxing environment.
