All staff I came into contact with from entering the building were polite, respectful and helped in anyway they could. I felt the service was professional yet empathetic and never felt under pressure to complete my sessions within a restricted timeframe ie: they provided flexibility.

Suggested improvements
I attended the sessions for “bereavement counseling” but I feel it was most definitely bereavement support not counseling. It may have been due to my pre {} expectations of what bereavement counseling is but although I had a safe confidential space to speak and express my feelings I expected more back from the counselor ie: advise affirmation of my feelings.

Writing through grief course - welcoming staff and peaceful garden room was perfect for our group. Excellent course run by Patsy Freeman. It has helped me enormously to share my thoughts, feelings and the tremendous pain of loss. Discussions within the group have given me strength and permission to greave without give, Thank you. Thank you also for the coffee, fruit and lovely lunched such a treat and much appreciated.

Suggested improvements
Nothing at all - a follow on course would be fantastic in 6 months time!

Treated sensitively (bereaved writing group). Acknowledged, that caring for terminally ill loved one was tiring, exhausting and emotional.

Suggested improvements
Cannot think of anything.
