When I first came hear I was in a bad way. Now I feel that I can cope with my situation. I have learnt some technician which I have already put into practice and they are working. I am now also able to open up more about how I am feeling.

Although only with us for the last 12 days of my husbands life, the carers were kind, caring, reassuring and respectful. They were a comfort to both of us during the last days.
Suggested improvements
The only thing that would have been welcome would be to have had a regular visiting time. However, I totally understand the reason why the time varied from day to day.

It's given me time to reflect on discussions brought up in counselling. It has also given me confidence in being more assertive and creating boundaries. I have been able to explore issues in a confidential space with Claire and appreciated being valued and respected.
