Although only with us for the last 12 days of my husbands life, the carers were kind, caring, reassuring and respectful. They were a comfort to both of us during the last days.
Suggested improvements
The only thing that would have been welcome would be to have had a regular visiting time. However, I totally understand the reason why the time varied from day to day.
