Day staff treat me with dignity and respect but I don’t feel the same about night staff.
Felt pressured to take medication. Staff are working hard but they are not appreciated.

I'm on Galleywood Ward. We've been waiting on a delivery of Ibuprofen Gel for 2 weeks.. I've been waiting for an ice pack for 3 days....there's no light in our kitchen it's broken so patients have to make hot drinks in the dark. Unacceptable....
Very worrying information coming from patients about how they've being treated by some staff...
The way we are treated by the staff here today is completely unacceptable

Dangerous patient on ward. Has attacked a member of staff and a patient twice.
We need genuinely caring staff who know how to run this ward. Late or missing medications, lazy staff not interested in helping patients. Some staff are extremely rude, unhelpful and ignorant
