Everybody in the ward acts quickly.

Main meals could be better, adding variety to meet different needs. Chicken korma doesn’t taste like the real thing, lunch is very good with soup, sandwiches.

The activities I get like playing games. The staff are friendly

It can be boring if the activities are not opened and not much to do.

Because I feel physically ill being here, I want to go home, and get medicine at my flat. They don’t understand that I’m not mentally unwell that much any more. I don’t need to stay here any longer and would like to be discharged.

Staff were involved, ready to help and advice at all times.

Just an observation, at times the ward seemed short of staff, this leading to stress for the staff who were working.

I think you all do a fantastic job at accommodating our needs within the perimeters of policy/staffing. I felt like staff really cared for baby and I.

The food wasnt the healthiest. Some night staff didnt know how to help with baby stuff e.g making a bottle, basic care of baby

Staff ensured I was safe and promoted well being of baby and mum.

Bank/agency staff vetted better
