Staff struggle to let go of more able bodied patients.

Management need to give staff more leeway with able bodied patients, to care for their requirements, also fear factor needs to be addressed.

I didn't visit the hospital, I just received physio
Instructions for a trapped nerve in my left
shoulder so alot of the questions were not
applicable. So, therefore, I am happy with the
service I have received.

I felt further traumatised by the insensitivity, lack of understanding and lack of resources available to me. I wasn’t given my log in email until I called and asked, I then had to ring again to ask the doctor to join the meeting very poor logistics and poor care I was advised that I should ask to be discharged when there was nothing they could offer except still being on a waiting list. The doctor also didn’t know the reason for the meeting(neither did I, I didn’t request the appointment, I assumed it would be an update or a plan for me), hadn’t read my notes so frustrating and disheartening lack of care.
