I was very pleased with the whole experience. The receptionist was polite and attended to me as soon as i arrived. The physio treat me holistically, she was kind, considerate and took my needs into account when determining the best treatment for me and completely involved me in the decision. She completed a very thorough history before examination and followed that up with an appropriate physical assessment. Very grateful for the service provided.

I can not think of anything, in terms of my needs they were fully met.

The 'care' is non existent! Phone is rarely answered a d when it is you are met with sarcasm and huffing and I can almost hear the eyeroll down the phone!! I chase and chase but am nowhere. I was promised care and communication and have received zero of this. I had a letter with a scheduled telephone appointment; I received no call and they cut off the phone when I tried to call. I am desperate and just want help. I have been patient ,.calm and never rude despite how they have made me feel. If a GP tries to refer you here, refuse!! You will get nothing! The service may as well not exist. Go can say you have been referred to get you out of their hair for a while, but all it means is months/years of nothing happening. I was referred 7 months ago and have had NOTHING. I feel helpless and hopeless. The 'service' should hang.their heads in shame. A total failure.

You could have done everything better! Communicate, be honest. Do not lie to patients. Do not ignore patients. Employ people who can answer the main telephone without being rude, sarcastic or dismissive. TREAT patients! This whole service needs scrapping and restarting from fresh. It's appalling.
