Not really bothered about any of it. Despite seeing him previoysly, I felt today was a waste of time and felt quite uncomfortable in his presence.

My telephone appointment was on time and I was extremely happy with the service I received.
The clinician was very friendly and listened to everything I said and gave me some great advice during the call.

My psychiatrist knew nothing about me sounded like he was paying lip service went from offering controlled medication which I had previously been addicted to and had terrible withdrawal to let’s do nothing. To quote to any person, let alone a person with mental health problems that “you must be strong” is a complete insult. I have absolutely no faith in the psychiatrist I am devastated that again I am left alone and then when I informed him that I had been diagnosed with breast cancer, he looked at my notes and replied I was only having an excision! I feel completely let down by the Mental health team and I believe the psychiatrist should not be holding the position he does, from my first phone call when he told me that COVID was our punishment for all we had done to the world!!!!

Messages ignored. No action taken. No support given. Caused more stress and distress to myself and more unnecessary work for GP.

He was the support I needed with a firm but fair look into my problem at the time.
