Thank you for your feedback .We apologised if you were not satisfied with hot drinks in the morning, but we always give a good choice of hot drink ie:- hot milk black or white coffee hot chocolate Horlick herbal Tea as cold drink we usually offer;- water ,orange or apple juice
Quick response to patient's bell.
Sympathetic when patient upset.
Thank you for your feedback We are carrying out a call bell audit to identify the length of time for the staff to answer the bell hoping this will improve the issue in the imminent future. Staff are very involve with patient psychological state -caring means everything for our staff from answering the bell ,washing/dressing to mentally support especially during the COVID .
Because everyone involved did their very best to reassure me and make me feel cared for and at ease.

Sometimes need to go toilet and have to wait quite a long time due to lack of staff.

I felt i was treated well
Doctor called late, refused to answer ANY questions, spent 5 minutes actually shouting down the phone at me. Once I managed to calm him down, still refused to answer questions then hung up without warning.
