Doctor called late, refused to answer ANY questions, spent 5 minutes actually shouting down the phone at me. Once I managed to calm him down, still refused to answer questions then hung up without warning.

Suggested improvements
Called on time, answered questions, maintained a professional attitude and basic levels of etiquette expected in a civilised society.
