Took me 3 weeks from receiving my letter to get someone to call me back for an appointment (final call was saying that I would put a complaint in) having called and left messages twice a week.

The care I received was excellent. My therapist Petra was very thorough and really listened to me. Petra has made a big positive difference to my pain level during the day and evening and I really thank her and appreciate this.
