The physiotherapist (Anna) was amazing and explained everything to me and some of the exercises were a bit painful but I’m not sure all of them were alleviating my pain as I had to have a steroid injection to help! But I’m grateful for all the help I had.

My second appointment with physio therapist Fliss, very informative, and very helpful when explaining my exercise programme to me . I felt at ease talking about my pain and I felt listened to which has not always been the case in previous years . I was encouraged by the information given and the knowledge shared by Fliss I finally feel I am getting the help I need to make a difference in my health and feel more in control now .
