The staff are very friendly and patient. They are considerate to my needs and I feel as though I am cared for as an individual. Everything is explained very clearly, and there is not confusing jargon or terminology. The appointments are consistent and very professional.

Exercises were very helpful. Kind and understanding.
Maybe a bit more hands on could be improved. My shoulder and neck muscles are very tight and hard to really sort myself.
