Charlie and Tony were very helpful knowledgeable and professional. After a couple of minutes I had total confidence in the them. I had a long wait between making the appointment and the date of the appointment.

I have seen Sam Berry three times now. First in the back class. She has a lovely manner and listens to what I say. She records our comments so knows where we are at each visit. She answered my questions and is encouraging.
