I came feeling very pessimistic about my long term treatment unable to end the night at the end of the tunnel, but Sam Berry lifted my spirits each session, gave me excellent advice, do-able exercises and really encouraged me to keep with her programme - I looked forward to each session and was delighted with the progress we made together. I also appreciated the warm welcome that I received from Linda, the "receptionist" each time. I felt I was amongst friends. Thank you!

I have been able to do the cheeriness, correctly.
Enabling me to be more mobile and confident.
His and Bev have got me where I am today able to do what I want without pain.
Hope I can keep it up.

I was encouraged to explain what was 'going on' with my joints, movements etc. and felt I was really listened to.
In the initial session the physio took great trouble to deserve my movements and they listened to my descriptions of how things felt for me.
The physio really persevered when I struggled to move correctly.
I am walking so much better and have days when I am pain free which so great.
Being given copies of exercises was a great help.

Friendly knowledgeable staff - in reception.
More seating in reception.
Wast unable to book neat appointment due to no receptionist at that time.

The staff were very kind and made my daughter feel calm and relaxed as she was nervous when we arrived.
